After Easter, Year 1 will be beginning to use Google Classrooms to access their online learning. By now your child should have had an invite to this through their Google email address (please check you have this before next Monday!) When the children log onto Chrome there will be an icon in the apps section to take them straight to the classroom. The icon looks like this......
After Easter, Year 1 will be beginning to use Google Classrooms to access their online learning. By now your child should have had an invite to this through their Google email address (please check you have this before next Monday!) When the children log onto Chrome there will be an icon in the apps section to take them straight to the classroom. The icon looks like this......
The first time you click on this, you will be asked to "join" the class.
The children will then be able to see a "stream" tab at the top where messages can be read and posted by everyone in the class. Our daily register will also be available to complete on here.
Across the top is also a "classwork" tab where our weekly timetable is posted along with all work set for the week. We have put everything under subheadings so that it is easy to find and named all activities with the day and date they are to be completed. We have attached Google documents to use, should they be needed, for that particular activity.
CLASSWORK FOR WEEK COMMENCING 20/04 WILL BE POSTED ON MONDAY 20TH APRIL AT 8AM
We hope the children enjoy this way of learning and we look forward to seeing them at our virtual classroom from Monday 20th April.
